I am super tired tonight – having Collingwood play on a work night here is a bad idea. I drifted off halfway near the end of the 2nd quarter and a buzzing mozzie woke me up with 10 minutes to go in the game. Not the best way to start a Monday!
We’re up for a busy week and then a busy weekend. We go up to Albany for our Pre-Cana weekend – which will be good to come back and report on! We have no idea of what to expect or how many people will be there – so it will be all new for us.
I wish I had taken photos, but tonight Bill made our first batch of semolina pasta and it was an absolute success. Last week he made egg noodles which were absolutely fantastic as well – he has taken to the Kitchen Aid with ease and it does make cooking so much easier and it is a breeze to clean up with so it gets an A+ from me. I have a feeling we will be making home made pasta for a long time to come now.
I promise to have a more substantial post tomorrow – my eyes are closing on me right now!
