One thing about snow – it is SO peaceful.
You can go to sleep with everything ‘normal’ and wake up in a Winter Wonderland without realising.
Last night it was lovely – we left our blinds open as the sky in our area turns an eerie orange when it snows. The light this morning reflecting off the snow was beautiful and it was wonderful to open my eyes and see a fire escape covered in snow and ice.
We also had the garland Christmas lights on and after a night walk in the light snowfall, it really felt like Christmas. It is beautiful!

I was also super duper excited to be able to wear my new beautiful snow boots and they really held up and my feet were toasty warm. They passed!
