Just when I thought weekends through summer were going to be pretty chill, I came across this page detailing what is going on in Brooklyn over summer.

In addition to everything else we have to do this weekend, I just found out about that the Lebanese Food Festival at Our Lady of Lebanon Cathedral is also on this weekend. WE ARE SO THERE!!!!!!!! Mmmmm home food time! Let’s see if the tabouli there is is better than mum’s!
Actually while I am on the subject of tabouli and being a total tabouli snob, in my opinion here in the US it is served totally wrong.

For the tabouli authenticity test look for one that has way more parsley than wheat – then you know that restaurant is the real deal.
