We had a whole lot of photos taken at the church as we wanted a huge amount of family portraits as this was the one time when everyone would be together. So after that our nephew Robert, with his camera in hand, jumped in the limo with us. On our way to the reception we made a couple of stops to take some photos.
My ‘Bill get off the phone’ look.. oops!
Hamming it up –
Be still and take it all in –
I was adamant from day one that I wanted some photos taken at Golden Harvest Farms. Bill and I stop there every time we are in Albany for Cider Donuts, fresh fruit, cider and jam and it is just the best place ever. So we stopped and got some of the best shots…
We planned on just getting a couple more photos… then one of the girls from Golden Harvest ran out with a bag of hot cider donuts for us! Wow!!
Can you tell we love their cider donuts?!
We finally put the donuts down and got back to business…
Their baskets of apples are adorable.. so we grabbed a couple and took some funny shots. These are my favourite!
We then jumped back in the limo and when we did there was a tap on the window. They had a cup of fresh hot cider for us! It was perfect as the day had got quite chilly then so we divided up the cider into three of the glasses and did the traditional newlywed pose in true New England fashion – with apple cider!
We then headed back to Kinderhook for a couple of more photos –
With just enough time to ham it up some more… we were off to the reception!
