2.30am and I am here in DC!
Now… I think I need some sleep. I was planning on a mega sleep-in but they have checked me into a room I didn’t request so I have to be up early to change that. Maybe tomorrow night I will catch up.
Also, the descent into DC to land at Reagan National was one of the most spectacular views I had ever seen. The lights and view of the DC metropolis was stunning, then to fly over the Pentagon… just breathtaking. Based on look, organisation, feel and cleanliness, Reagan has to be one of the most amazing airports I have visited. Just awesome… if only all of them were like that.
Also – Alaska Airlines were really nice. The plane was lovely and the seats uber-comfy. Very impressed! 🙂
