I had the Clarisonic Mia stuck in my Sephora wish list for a long time. Then I read Veronica’s review and I just had to have it.
I was lucky because surprise surprise, I got my Sephora VIB 20% off voucher in the mail the same week, so I took the plunge.
The worst thing? Waiting 24 hours for it to charge so I could use it! I even googled “Do I have to wait 24 hours for my Clarisonic to charge?”
I finally got to try it tonight. It is amazing. For some reason I thought it would be rougher than it was but it is really gentle. My skin is super smooth – it feels exactly like it does after I have had a facial. I didn’t use the Clarisonic Cleanser I got with it, instead sticking to my Aveda All Sensitive. I only used it over the basin so tomorrow I will try it in the shower and see if I get the same result.
I used my usual Kosmea Rosehip Oil afterwards with a tiny pump of my All Sensitive moisturizer (a necessity here as the air has got so dry) and it soaked into my skin beautifully. I think this could be just about the most addictive skin care routine ever. I’ll keep you posted on any differences in my skin that I feel along the way!
