I am going to make a real effort to catch up on posts… now that summer is over (and it is snowing in New Jersey..!) I can concentrate on writing!
Back in August I booked a ticket to see Chris Isaak – I got really good seats but what surprised me was the Beacon Theatre. It is AMAZING. Located on the Upper West Side it has recently been renovated and it is just beautiful. If you have the chance to see a show there – go!
So I went along to see Chris. I have seen him and met him a few times already 😉 so I knew what to expect from his shows. One thing – he always puts on a good show and he always chooses a good support act. This time it was Michelle Branch – she was fantastic and a really nice lead in.
He played all his goodies and some off his new album – which I love! So it was a stellar night… especially when during a song he walked right up the aisle of the theatre and right past me. He was THIS close –
